Services for the signing of procedural documents in relation to:

• public authorities (e.g. statements, interviews, forms, civil status documents, etc.)
• public notary offices (e.g. declarations, powers of attorney, company documents, inheritances, divorces, etc.)
• law firms (e.g. company documents, service contracts, etc.)

The interpreter authorized by the Ministry of Justice of Romania to facilitate the official signing of documents in relation to authorities and professionals must demonstrate special skills in rendering specialized content, understand the procedures, and master the terminology, ensuring the quality of services. For optimal presentation of the content, where possible, it is necessary for the interpreter to be informed in advance and with scheduling about the documents that will be the subject of the performance. (e.g. samples of notarial documents, documents drafted by a lawyer, case files, etc.).
